June 17, 2009 - In an Op-Ed on Forbes.com, Senator DeMint explains how we can give every American access to health care they can own and keep without forcing them into a government system of rationing: "Health care is one of the most personal and private services in our society. We don't need a "public option" that will herd tens of millions into a one-size-fits-all, government-run plan. What we need is a "personal option" that allows individuals and families to shop around--anywhere in the country--for a private plan that matches up with their particular needs."
